Terms and Conditions for Nouvelle Six Limited

Nouvelle Six Limited is an online music label that provides the following:

· Access to musical recordings and compositions ("Music").

· Licensing of Music for specific uses.

· Distribution of Music to digital streaming platforms (DSPs).

· And may not be limited to other core music services, such as artist promotion, community forums, etc.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property & Licensing

· Our Ownership: All Music, artwork, text, graphics, logos, and software available through the Service are the intellectual property of Nouvelle Six Limited and its artists/licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

· Licenses We Grant:

· For Listeners/Fans: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and stream the Music for your personal, non-commercial use.

· For Licensees: Specific licensing terms will be outlined in a separate license agreement. The rights granted herein are limited to what is specified in that agreement. You may not use the Music until you have purchased and agreed to the terms of the relevant license.

5. User-Generated Content (if applicable)

If our Service allows you to post, upload, or share content (e.g., in comments or forums), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

You represent that any content you post does not violate any third-party rights (like copyright and other intellectual property rights) and is not unlawful, abusive, or obscene. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

· Violate any laws or regulations.

· Infringe upon our or any third party's intellectual property rights.
